GPU and PSU upgrade for Hp Envy TEO1-0020

I would like to upgrade my Envy TEO-0020 GPU and PSU so that I can connect three HDIM cables to the monitors.  Would like recommendations on what would work.

According to HP's specs, your HP ENVY Desktop - TE01-0020 (6YQ52AA) is fitted with a Rother motherboard (SSID: 8653) and powered by a 180-watt power supply with p/n: L08660-800 -please verify.

You can upgrade your power supply with either a 400-watt power supply, with p/n: L04618-800, or a (bulkier) 500-watt power supply, with p/n: L05757-800.

Both power supplies can be purchased online, such as via an eBay Seller:

One of the best and most affordable graphics card upgrades at this point in time -and can be powered by the 400-watt power supply, would be a (smaller-sized, two fan) RTX 4060 model, which currently sells for less than $300, such as this purchase example via Amazon: Amazon.com: MSI Gaming GeForce RTX 4060 8GB GDRR6 Extreme Clock: 2505 MHz 128-Bit HDMI/DP Nvlink TOR....

If your budget for a graphics card is less than $200, look no further than a (smaller-sized, two fan) GTX 1660 Ti: Amazon.com: ASUS TUF Gaming NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1660 Ti EVO OC Edition Graphics Card (PCIe 3.0, 6GB G..., also powered by the 400-watt power supply.

For less than $400, a (smaller-sized, two-fan) RTX 4060 Ti would be a great option: Amazon.com: ASUS Dual GeForce RTX™ 4060 Ti OC Edition 8GB GDDR6 (PCIe 4.0, 8GB GDDR6, DLSS 3, HDMI 2..., but requires the 500-watt power supply.

These are but a couple of recommendations, there are many more options, of course.
