Getting HP Support!

HP Recommended
HP ENVY Rove 20 Mobile AiO 23-m210ea
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Every time I try to download support documentation for my HP ENVY Rove 20 Mobile AiO 23-m210ea I get the following:

400 Bad Request
Request Header Or Cookie Too Large
nginx/1.14.2

An example of the link is "https://support.hp.com/gb-en/document/c04124100"
This only happens when calling up HP support pages
