Here you can see the full specifications of the desktop. I need to replace the gpu fan with a new one but I dont know what type of fan to order online

The only info about the fan on the gpu part of the specifications on the link above is that its its active heatsink 2pin fan control.

Any help? Whats the exact fan type I should be searching for?

If it is making noise, remove the card, and use compressed air to blow the dust out. Be sure to hold the fan from spinning. The air pressure would spin the fan TOO FAST, and harm the bearings.

HP utlizes OEM parts.  Pull the fan , if you dare, and search for the part number on the fan.
