@Ryan2008 , welcome to the Community.
Here are the "Product" and "Motherboard" specifications for your computer. If you look at the section titled "Expansion slots" in the Motherboard specifications you will see that it has "One PCI Express Gen 3 x16" slot for a video card.
Here is a HP Knowledge Base article that will explain what to consider when adding or upgrading a video card. Once you have read the article you will have a better idea of which cards with work with your motherboard.
You should check the wattage of the power supply unit (PSU) and the ATX power connector on the on the motherboard. I believe that it may be a HP proprietary 4-pin connector. If so, you will have to buy any upgrade from HP. HP has a 500W PSU (L05757-800). Check with HP Customer Support to see if they have one to sell you. If it is a standard 24-pin ATX power connector you will be able to upgrade with any PSU that will fit into the space. This will allow you to buy a more powerful video card.
