Iam using hp desktop 450-112in, thinking to add graphics card, is it possible? Thanks in advance

Hi,
USB adapter may help (same as laptops):

But they are not great.

Welcome to HP Support Forum. Unfortunately no, its motherboard has no slot for a video card. The true is it does not have any spare slot at all:
