Graphic Card

Product: OMEN Desktop PC 30L GT13-0000i
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My question is when doing some heavy work on the pc like gaming etc my  memory junction temperature or v-ram is up  between 109-110 degreed celcius and is throttling, i dont believe this is normal bus is there anything i can do about this myself  or do i need to contact my store for a warranty issue?

@Gamme20D , welcome to the Community.

 

This is not normal.  The maximum should be 89C for the video card.  I suggest that you contact the seller to see what they will do for you.  You shouldn't have to fix a new computer.
