Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)

Hi!!!

I have an hp CPU (hp compaq dc5100) with 512mb ram and I don't it's graphic size and now I want to increase its RAM and graphic size so I don't know does it support the higher amount of RAM and graphic or no??!!!

And if it supports how much is the range of that and also I want to know that where is the chipset of graphic???!!!!!
