HP Z240 Tower Base Model Workstation

Hello everyone,
I want to upgrade my graphic card and i dont know wich cards are compatible with my workstation. I frequently use my HP Z240 tower workstation for rendering using loud apps like v-ray, lumion and adobe after effect.

 

some of my workstation infos:

Intel Xeon E3-1225 v5 3.3 2133 4C CPU

 RAM: 48 GB DDR4  2133MHZ
