Product: HP ProDesk 600 G2 Small Form Factor PC

I am trying to update my 600 g2 sff's TPM firmware from 1.2 to 2.0 with sp 87753 the installer works I get the upgrade option but when the bios restarts to upgrade the TPM firmware. I get an error message TPM firmware upgrade failed.

can someone guide it would be really helpful,
