I have a problem with HP 6300 Pro All-in-one PC. It is a rather older piece of hardware but it served me good all these years. Yesterday, I decided to give it a little boost and upgrade/replaced existing 3,5'' 1T HDD WD with 2,5'' 1T SDD from Crucial, but now I have a problem. Firstly, I could not power-up the PC, every time I pressed ON/OFF button I've got a led light from HDD, but everything else remained off. After I pressed RESET CMOS button inside, the PC powered UP and PC booted up perfectly (I did and clone/image of old hard drive so nothing changed for me except the speed of the PC.
But after I disconected PC from power, I got again that power problem - the PC would not start at all again, remained dead. Than again I pressed RESET CMOS button inside, and after that, the PC worked properly, but I fear that every time the PC remain without POWER I'll have to open the PC, reset cmos and that is a problem for me. Is there I can do?
tnx
