HP 800 keyboard + mouse wireless set
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello,

I've recently bought HP 800 keyboard & mouse wireless set at one of the shops in Poland. Unfortunately, the keyboard turns out to be unusable due to losing connectivity/freezes every now and then for few seconds (or more). For example, when I press one of the keys, let's say "A", it is read as multiple presses - "AAAAAAA...". Or it is not responding at all. it's VERY annoying.

I've tried to change batteries or plug the USB receiver to different USB port but the result is always the same. I've tried address this situation by contacting HP tech support through your website but the product verification, which is necessary to get tech assistance, does not working, at least at official Polish HP website. No matter if I type name of the product, serial number or product number it says it's wrong name/number. It's strange, because I haven't got any problems with registering the  product.

My question is - is there any other way to contact the tech support directly (phone, e-mail) without using website?

Regards,

Maciej

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).

Thank you
