This is my PC: https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c06026318
With this motherboard: https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c05721034
It has an empty M2 slot, which says it support SSDs. I'd bought a WD Green SATA 120GB https://shop.westerndigital.com/es-es/products/internal-drives/wd-green-sata-ssd#WDS120G2G0B
AND DOESNT WORK AT ALL! Already upgraded my Bios, disconnected HDD and m2 wifi card. Disabled secure boot, and enabled Legacy Boot. But doesnt change anything, and the SSD isnt recognized in BIOS, Windows or Windows installation via USB.
Anyone knows why? Thanks!

According to the motherboard documentation, is supports M.2 SSD:
One M.2 socket 3, 2280 type for SSD
It doesn't mention if the SSD should be 'B' key or 'M' key, but I would *assume* that if it fits, it should work.
Can you download HP UEFI diags and install onto USB stick. With stick plugged in to any USB port, turn PC on and keep tapping F2. go to system information and HDD's. Does the M.2 appear in the list?
If not, it could be a faulty SSD or M.2 slot. Unlikely, but not impossible.

The SSD was detected on my desktop pc.
I did the diagnostic thing pressing F2, but the ssd doesnt appear. But i didnt install hp uefi in a usb stick, so i will try that, but i dont think it will solve the problem.
Could it be that the pc only support <240gb devices?
