HP 930 Creator Wireless Mouse
Microsoft Windows 11

My 930 Creator mouse is paired to my PC by the usb dongle and bluetooth connection. Its basic functions work, but it will not register in HP Accessory Centre and therefore I cannot program the additional function buttons. When I select Add New Device it just takes me to my computer's bluetooth and device settings although it is already connected.

I have attempted to unpair and re-pair the mouse. I have restarted the HP Accessory Centre. I have uninstalled HP Accessory Centre and re-installed and I'm still having the same issue.

Have you changed the battery recently?

Have you tried the mouse in wired mode to see if it makes a difference to the HP Accessory Center?

Thanks for your response. Unfortunately I have tried this with no luck... as well as unpairing, restarting, un-installing. I've had HP tying to troubleshoot via remote access and they have not been successfull yet either.

The mouse is paired my computer (also HP and brand new) yet it does not show as being paired in HPAC.
