Hi there

Does HP Compaq 8200 Elite CMT(energy star)mainboard Support sata 3?
And i need to know the version of the pci card slots
1.1 or 2 gen?
Also need advice regarding gpu & psu upgrade.

Hi:

 

I have two 8200 Elite CMT's and two of the ports are SATA III. 

 

The one the primary HDD is connected to, and the one next to it.

 

You cannot upgrade the P/S.  It is proprietary.

 

According to the chipset specs from Intel the PCI express revision is 2.0.

I run an AMD HD 6570 in one and the nVidia GT 730 in the other.

 

Both running on W10 Pro with 240 GB SATA III SSD's, and 32 GB of memory.
