Product: HP usb- c dock

When I read the manual for my new HP usb- c dock it indicates I can connect it to my laptop directly via the usb-c or an adaptor that was supposed to come with the dock allowing me to to covert the usb-c to a usb 3.0. I have the latter type of connection on my HP Pavillian. Unfortunately/strangely, this adaptor was not included in the sealed box. I also looked for such an adaptor online and coundn’t quickly find one. I would appreciate your help. (First time user of the HP Community.)

We are not the HP Store and we don't have any way to connect you to Sales other than you doing so yourself.

 

HP Store - HP USB-C Dock

 

Yes, from the description (images), it does appear there should be more than just the dock in the box.

 

That said,

If you purchased the item from the HP Store, there is a Store Customer Service department.
