Product: HP ENVY All-in-One - 27-b214

Does anyone know how to access the RAM modules in this beast?? I want to upgrade the RAM.

 

I can't find anything to help me from HP or You Tube.

@astrodad1994 , welcome to the Community.

 

Here are the Product Specifications for your computer.  If you look at the section titled "Memory/Memory upgrade information" you will see that the maximum memory is 16 GB.  Therefore, you can't upgrade the memory.
