@phdodson91,

Welcome to our HP User Forum!

Your HP Pavilion Desktop - TE01-1134 (13Z31AA) as per HP Pavilion Desktop - TE01-1134 Product Specifications | HP® Customer Support, is fitted with a 180-watt power supply which is not powerful enough to power/support any decent graphics card I would recommend.

However, according to: https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Desktop-Knowledge-Base/Power-Supply-Cross-Reference-for-specific-model..., your desktop can be upgraded with a 400-watt power supply (HP p/n: L69242-800).

These power supplies are much in demand and/or in short supply -regardless, they are pricey: New Internal PSU Power Supply For HP Envy TE01 Pavilion TG01TP01 400W L69242-800 5059998034813 | eBa....

Once you got a 400-watt power supply, you could fit your PC with a very respectable GPU such as one of these:

1.) HP GeForce GTX 1660 Super 6GB, such as offered here: https://www.ebay.com/sch/i.html?_from=R40&_nkw=HP+GTX+1660+Super+&_sacat=0&LH_ItemCondition=3000&LH_....

2.) HP GeForce GTX 1660 Ti 6GB, such as offered here: https://www.ebay.com/sch/i.html?_from=R40&_nkw=HP+GTX+1660+Ti&_sacat=0&LH_TitleDesc=0&LH_BIN=1&_sop=....

Hope this was helpful.

Kind Regards,
