An HP Envy TE02-0250xt very much accepts a graphics card. As a matter of fact, this PC is likely fitted with an RTX 3050 8GB GDDR6 already, according to: https://www.hp.com/us-en/shop/pdp/hp-envy-desktop-te02-0250xt-pc-3y3r0av-1#techSpecs.
This desktop either has a 600-watt or an 800-watt power supply -please verify which, as it will determine what graphics card upgrades you could install.
