The HP web portal for warranty registration does not recognize the HP EX950 line of SSDs as a product that exists.
Searching for the product by name yields zero results.
Searching for the product by model number yields zero results.
Searching for the product by entering the serial number yields zero results. It says I type in the serial wrong... which is false.
Even worse, I can't even use HP's contact portal to ask for help.... www.hp.com/contacthp/
Why? Well because you have to register your product first, or type in the model/serial number, neither of which the HP website recognizes as a valid product.
So I have to come to a forum to get support? I can't even talk to an HP employee because their portal isn't even setup to recognize a product they launched over 6 months ago? Not great customer support. The funny thing is, in googling around I found dozens of forums posts just like mine... except for the HP EX920 line which came out last year, the predecessor to the EX950 line.
Why are you launching products without adding their model numbers and serial numbers to your warranty and support databases HP?

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
