HP EX900 M2 500GB warranty replacement?

Hello,

 

I have this drive and it has basically died.   I have hundreds of thousands of bad sectors, the drive sometimes doesnt appear to the system.    I bought it last year and I know it has a 3 year warranty.    I have it registered on my account but it shows up as 
"unknown warranty" and when I try to check warranty status or any other support function that requires S/N and P/N it wont come up.    I cant find a way to start an RMA for this.

I will notify an HP representative (moderator).  Usually takes less than 36 hours.

Am i actually being ignored?  This product has a 3 year warranty! I expect it to be replaced!  WHy is nobody contacting me!?
