I bought a SSD card: EX900 M.2 ( 500 GB) on 5 November 2019. The product stopped working on 15 June 2020. Since then I have been trying to raise warranty claims but I have been unable to get any communication on the matter. The case file raised are as follows:

16 June 2020: [Personal Information Removed]

3 August 2020: [Personal Information Removed]

The email does not tell what needs to be done to proceed with the warranty claim.

I have called on customer care number to no avail.

Claiming warranty for a product should not be a multi month process. This is a very bad and frustrating experience. HP should not instil a sense of trepidation in customers towards their products. But that is what is happening because of such issues. I have read the message boards and I am not the only one with such an issue.

Please help me in resolving this issue as I have been patient for 1.5 months with a Rs 7000 product which does not even work as a paper weight. If this I do not get assistance in this matter I have to go. to customer court with this issue.
