EX900 SSD
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

We have 16 pieces of EX900 SSD's that have failed.  The serial numbers show in HP's warranty system as unrecognized.  Following instructions given to us previously we emailed [personal info removed] requesting an RMA but have received no answer after several days.  Their phone number is not answered.

 

Please let us know how to proceed to get warranty support on these SSD's.
