HP Elite 8300 SFF PCI limit and psu replacement

Hello! For the past two years I have GT 1030 on my PC. I have decided it was time to get a new GPU and noticed the "ZOTAC GTX 1650 OC Low Profile GDDR5." I noticed it did fit but it said it requires a max of 300 watts in the system and the PCI slot to allow 75 watts. It is powered by the slot itself and no extra cables. So I was wondering if I need to upgrade my PSU (or if I can) or I could probably get away with out changing anything.

(My current GPU also requires a minimum of 300 watts but it still works.)
