HP Envy 34 Display USB-C no longer works on MacOS

I have a problem, few months ago I called HP Support team in Singapore tell them regarding this issue. They get back to me and said "ENVY34 Monitor doesn't support USB-C Display" I told her that I used to be able to connect the display via USB-C but she said according to the spec, this ENVY34 monitor doesn't support display over USB-C

I hang up the call and I felt that how did HP recruit their technical support that don't even understand the product??

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).

If you are unfamiliar with how the Community's private message capability works, you can learn about that here.
