ENVY Phoenix Desktop
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My ENVY Phoenix Desktop just all of a sudden shutoff. The green light on the power supply blinks. If I unplug the power supply from the motherboard the light on the power supply is solid green. How can i tell if this is a motherboard issue or power supply problem?

😀🤔

Welcome to HP Community

This seems more like a Motherboard issue since the power supply is receiving power and it only starts blinking when plugged in

You could try a Power Drain. Unplug the Power Cord, press and hold the Power Button for 20 seconds to perform the Power Drain.

Plug back everything and power ON the PC. If the issue persists please contact HP Support for Service Options
