I’ve done everything I could find on the internet but it always rounds back to the computer freezing on the HP Boot screen. It’s a Pavillion Desktop. I’ve tried resetting windows, the bios thing where the computer beeps, and more. I’m not super tech savvy and really just want my computer back so any help is appreciated.

When you do not identify your desktop or laptop PC, you can't be helped. Help us to help you.

When logged into Windows, hold down the Windows key and tap the R key once.
That will open the Windows run dialogue

Type in msinfo32 and press enter.

The ninth line is the SKU and the HP product number. Kindly post it in your next reply in your thread.

The System SKU/Product ID will enable us to determine the hardware configuration of your notebook.

If you can't log into Windows, look on the bottom of your notebook for that information.

If you have a desktop look at the rear of your PC for a label that has the product name and product number.

"I’ve done everything I could find on the internet" - That is way too broad.

Provide a list of details on exactly what you tried and  any hardware changes you made before this happened.

Count the number of beeps. The beeps are in   a repeating cycle that provide an error message.
