Product: OMEN 30L Desktop GT13-1xxx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I have a HP OMEN 30L desktop, with latest BIOS, window 11 23H2, system ID 8876, but it shuts down randomly with no reason, any help ?

Welcome to the HP Forum.

 

Your PC shuts down and does not restart unless you depress the power button to start the PC. Is this correct?

 

Does your PC randomly shut down when you are stressing the CPU and/or the graphics card? Or does it shut down when you are doing light tasks or when the PC is idle?

 

Random PC shutdowns usually point to the following hardware problems:

 

Thermals

Power delivery issues

Failing components

 

I'm trying to understand what may be triggering the shutdowns to determine what item on the above list to look at first.
