HP Omen 30L GT13 RAM slot issues

Dear Community,

 

New user here, I have just brought an Omen 30L GT13 (i9-10900k / RTX 3090) and after a promted bios upgrade when I rebooted my desktop, I got 3 long and 2 short beeps and the system would not start. 

 

I started googling the issue and found out that it has something to do with the memory. It turned out that the 2 left ram sockets are not working only the 2 right slots ( tested all 4 rams individually and in pairs in the right 2 slots).

 

What would you suggest I should do?
