Just Ran HP on-line diagnostics report from Customer Support Service Center.

Test Report identified a "problem with your hard drive".  PC has three internal hard drives.

How do i identify which of the drives is failing?

Hello
Perhaps there should be a hard drive type 0 or 1
This is found in disk management here you have the number of disks in place with their partitions
Try to check as indicated here, the text file:

https://support.hp.com/ca-en/document/c03467259#Hard
possibly give the ID code, maybe it can help
Otherwise, you will have to test by disconnecting the hard disks one after the other.
If you have a big problem when you are under windows it is very possible that it is the system disk failure
