Pavilion 300
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello,

I just built my own PC and I've bought a HP Pavilion 300 keyboard with it which I really like. However, this keyboard has the FN keys enabled by default, meaning that pressing F5 skips the song instead of refreshing a page.

I've tried several things, for example pressing the FN key + caps lock, but that didn't solve the problem. Is there any other way of switching this up?

  • What is the exact issue with the keyboard?
  • Are you getting an error regarding S/N serial number?

Keep me posted for further assistance.
