The HP 590 series computers utilize a uniquely designed HP PSU. It comes in 180W, 310W, 400W, and 500W. The physical connectors from the PSU are two 2x2 plug and an inline 7 pin plug. All SATA drive power comes from a motherboard connector.
As for that GPU card. Most are 3 fan cards, and manufacturers play loose and free with their lengths. Typical RTX 2060 might be 9-11 inches. Power needed is 160W. The HP 400W PSU in the list is OK. But, if you can get the 500W, go for it.
