Product: HP Pavilion 590-p0039 Desktop
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I bought 2X16GB Corsair DDR4 RAM and swapped out the 2X8GB RAM that i have in my desktop computer. When i power it back on, the computer just went into a cycle of trying to boot, then shutting down and trying to boot up again. Is there a maximum memory size per slot on this model. The specification page says this computer can take up to 32GB, so am not sure what is wrong here. My motherboard is Sunflower with an AMD processor. The memory I bought is built for AMD chipset. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Did you go to the Corsair site and pick the RAM from the specified match for your computer ?   What speed did you purchase ?    You unit is rated for DDR4-2400.   https://www.crucial.com/memory/ddr4/ct2k16g4dfd824a/ct12338239

I pretty much went down to a local electronic store and showed my PC specs to the sales guy, who recommended this RAM - https://www.memoryexpress.com/Products/MX00113422

Do you think this is not compatible with my system?
