Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi,

just bought this all in one, which is great so far. The one thing that is really anoying is that the fans are always running no matter how low the cpu temperatures are (the fans are running at 1.500 rpm minimum), and that noise is really disturbing and unneccessary. Changing energy plans is no solution, because whatever the choice and settings are, it does not prevent the fans from spinning at there minimum level.

Within the BIOS there is no option to change the minimum settings, others tools like "Fan Control" do not work with the HP Paviion model).

So my question is: is there any possibility (with tools or with registry hack) to change the fan settings, or is HP aware of that problem and working on a solution for these quite new and high end AIO systems?
