My desktop experiences recurring power cycling, and the peculiar aspect is that the issue is temporarily resolved when I reseat the RAM. However, upon shutting down, I consistently need to reseat the RAM (I have only one) for a successful boot. Despite the normal boot, there is a sudden shutdown before it powers on. Initially, I resolved the problem by resetting the BIOS, but upon installing the graphics card, the issue recurred, persisting even after subsequent BIOS resets.
