I am getting constant memory errors. I would like to upgrade the memory on this machine. Is the memory upgradable or do I have to replace the computer - I am not sure if it the RAM or other memory that needs more space. I am not that computer savoy but can follow instructions. The computer is an AIO so I am unsure. If possible, please provide the product number I should be using and any link available to show installation procedure.
Thank you in advance!!!

If your PC is getting blue screen memory errors, most likely the 8 GB memory chip is faulty and needs to be replaced.
According to the Crucial memory report for your PC, it has two memory slots and can support up to 2 x 16 GB of memory.
