Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My graphics card  fan is screaming, I want a better one to upgrade the card what options do I have!!,  Will I need to buy a new psu also, I think my psu is like 180 watts thank you so much for your knowledge,,

Here is a chart graciously supplied by a member who is no longer with us that show the GPU and PSU options for many PCs, including the 590- series that you own.

Depending on whether you have Sunflower or Lincs motherboard you might be able to upgrade to a 310 or a 400 watt and get a better graphics board.  You might consider budgeting for a gaming system that is designed for gaming conditions such as liquid cooling.
