Product: HP Pro 3130 Minitower PC

Hello HP Community,

I hope everyone is doing well today. Yesterday, I acquired the HP Pro 3130 Minitower PC and it was a barebones system with no RAM and Hard Drive in it. I managed to get some RAM and a Hard Drive working in the PC but the problem is, the COA sticker for Windows 7 Pro has perished and I can't use the Product Key to reinstall and activate Windows. What are my options for installing an OS on this PC? I'd like to give this PC to someone and I feel Windows will be the most familiar to them.
