Below is the link to the service manual for your notebook.

 

HP ProBook 430 G4 Notebook PC Maintenance and Service Guide

 

Chapter 1 has the supported drive types.

 

Only SATA M.2 SSD's are supported, not NVMe.

 

The Micron MFTDHBA256TDV Nvme 256GB SSD will not work in your notebook.

 

You need a SATA M.2 SSD like this:
