Product: HP Reverb G2 Virtual Reality Headset
Hi together!
The left eye display on my HP Reverb G2 is flickering. The right one is totally fine. All drivers and firmware are up to date. Switching to 60Hz makes to flickerng worse so I switched back to 90Hz.
It appears also directly after starting up the Hardware, so it's no heating problem as suggested in some forums.
Does anybody has an idea, how to fix this?
Sadly I am unable to contact the HP Support on this. Since days I only get the following message while trying to contact them: "Sorry, we are unable to determine if there are any support agent options for your location at this time. You can use other resources below or please try again later."
Be alert for scammers posting fake support phone numbers and/or email addresses on the community.
