Your computer's specifications: HP Slimline 270-p034in Desktop PC Product Specifications | HP® Customer Support
indicate that the motherboard supports DDR4-2400 RAM.
That page also states:
- Expansion Slots:
- One PCI-E x16 socket
- One M.2 socket 1, key A
- One M.2 socket 3, key M
which implies support for your PCI-E add-in card.
