Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

What model of the SKHynix 8G RAM can be selected to upgrade the RAM from 8G to 16G?  The present 8G RAM is Kingston KCP316ND8/8 8 GB 1600 MHz DDR3 1.5 V, and I can only source Kingston KVR16N11/8 8GB DDR3 1600 MHz and it seems to be incompatible to work.

You will need to go to the SKHynix website for that answer.

You could also contact a webshop in your world region that sells the SKHynix RAM.

Ask them which RAM they sell is guaranteed compatible with your PC.
