Need assistance with a Warranty dispute for which I created a ticket on June 16 but and there has been no progress.
I purchased the desktop on May 30, 2020, and I've included a receipt showing the purchase date. However, HP website says the warranty has expired.
I called HP Support too but their system was down and couldn't help either.
How can I get it resolved by HP?
