Operating System: Ubuntu LTS
I'm shopping for a SFF computer where I can install an Intel FPGA smart NIC that requires PCIex16 with 8x8 bifurcation. I'm interested in using the HP Z2 G9 SFF. I am hopeful that the Full Height Graphics Enabled Chassis will work for me, but I have three important and unanswered questions:
Will the HP Z2 G9 SFF support arbitrary cards in the x16 graphics slot at all?
Does the BIOS support 8x8 bifurcation on one of the x16 graphics slots?
Does the BIOS support SR-IOV?
I have thoroughly looked at the User Manual, Quick Specs, and Maintenance & Service Guide.
Thanks!
