After upgrading to E5-2687W v2 and the liquid cooling system for my HP Z420 , there is an error message " 513 Front Chassis fan not detected" when my computer is booting.
Before, I used E5-2680 v2 in my HPZ420 and there is no problem like that
Does anyone meet this problem? If yes, then please help me to solve it.
Thanks you all so much.

Welcome back to the forum.
I am not a HP employee.
The processor upgrade you did is supported on the Intel C602 chipset.
Is the front fan connected and running correctly? Maybe check fan speeds with HWInfo.
There is a BIOS update for your PC (LInk).
You mentioned doing a Liquid Cooling System upgrade. Could this be the cause?
Replace the front chassis fan.
Reinstall the factory CPU to see if the problem goes away.
