Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have 4 x 16 GB RAM in my dual Xeon Z620. I found a data sheet from HP which shows which memory slots to use but when checking with CPUZ, SIW and Task Manager they all tell me me memory is in different slots!

Is there a definitive app or HP utility that will confirm that I have put the memory in the proper slots please?

The slots are usually labelled. In the manual there should be a diagram as well.

Look to the left or right edge of the slots to see the number.

Here is the Maintenance & Service guide. (see @pg 98 and beyond to see how the slots are numbered)
