HP all-in-one desktop won't turn on

HP Recommended
HP all-in-one desktop 23-q016a
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi everyone, my HP All-in-one desktop won't turn on... the desktop was just shutdown the other night and when I try turning it on nothing is happening, no fan noise, no beep, nothing.

I've already tried some solutions like a hard reset and even resotting the components still nothing happens.

There has been a few things I noticed though, when I plug in the power adapter that originally came with the desktop there was just a flash of white led light then nothing (I don't think its broken because I tried charging my hp pavilion laptop with the desktop power adapter and it's working)... when I use another power adapter like my hp pavilion laptop the led ligh just keeps flashing. Could the problem be the motherboard or any other component?

Any solutions?
