How do I get in contact with them, I need to get my drive warrantied and get the information off of it, they wont let me just contact a person about this

Let me say this about the "get the information off of it" part.  They do not make a "Save the info" for the customer, even with such a request.  If you need that info from the drive, before it is replaced, then you need to do that part yourself.  Or find a service that will do that.  On a SSD, that might be hard or easy, depending on the reason for the failure.
