HP x4000b Bluetooth Mouse
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello,

I have had this mouse for about a month. About a week ago, it started lagging very bad to the point of not being functional. Turning it off and then back on would fix the problem. Now, it is getting worse, and turning the mouse off then on does not fix it. I already tried changing the batteries, cleaning the lens, changing the mouse pad, reconnecting the bluetooth, and moving to a different area of the house. I am using a Lenovo Thinkpad T470s with Windows 10. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Thanks!

Update: The mouse has not completely stopped working. It still works sometimes, and the turning it off then back on still works to resolve the issue sometimes. But, the lagging seems to continue happening more frequently and the off/on reconnect fix is not working as easily.
