Hi guy,
Ass the tittle says I got my hand on a liquid cooler. a few things caught my eye. I heard the sound of air in the system. minus the air I noticed that the idle temps are almost the same as the stock cooler from hp.
C°54 idle for an Xeon E5 4610V2 is a bit high. hoe can I adjust the Fan speed of the CPU fan?

The only real adjustment for the internal fans is in the BIOS;
Unfortunately, this only increase the fan idle speeds and is applied to all the internal cooling fans. NOTE: The above image is from HP Performance Advisor and shows the minimum setting.
