Product: HP 2311X
Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina

My VGA port doesn't seem to work. I tried this cable with another computer, so it's not the cable, and with other desktop/laptops, so it's not my computer either. I tried unplugging power and holding the power button for 60 seconds but it doesn't seem to work.

 

It just says no signal when I try to connect.

@hiitsjessie,

With the computer "ON", refer to page 13 and 17 of the manual.   The OSD menu "source"  should be the issue.

This system is feedback driven thru Solution and Kudo flags. It's the only means of knowing if you have been served. Please click Accept as Solution, if your problem is solved. To say THANK YOU, press the "thumbs up symbol" to render a KUDO. You can render both Solution and KUDO..
